Festival Details
Parking - Festival area is at 3430 Loop Road, near the Forsythe intersection and across the bayou from the Bayou DeSiard Country Club.
We recommend parking at Walgreens on Forsythe – a pickup service will be offering free rides from 8:30am-4:30pm
We encourage carpooling or ride sharing.
Spectator Area - Spectators are encouraged to watch the races from this area. No recreational swimming will be allowed in the bayou during the event. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome, however no tents will be allowed in this area. We recommend wearing sunscreen and hats.
No Glass – No Grills – No Motorized Vehicles – No Pets – No Political Signage
Food - Participants and spectators can purchase food and drinks from participating food truck vendors. All food truck vendors have donated to the Children’s Coalition, so you are encouraged to support them!
Rowers – Make sure to bring 1) Drivers License if age 18+ 2) Closed toe shoes 3) Clothes you don’t mind getting wet or muddy. Do not bring valuables that you may lose while rowing.
