The Greene County Partnership’s Annual Iris Festival was created in 1994 and has become the community’s major festival of the year, featuring arts, crafts, merchandise, food, and entertainment from across the region.

Knockerball Comes To The Iris Festival:

Appalachian Knockerball is East TN, W. North Carolina, and SWVA's answer to a fun, safe, and MEMORABLE party/event! We are a fully insured and licensed company out of Jonesborough TN!

KnockerballTM is an exhilarating, safe, and unique inflatable sphere experience that offers a variety of fun games, perfect for players of all ages to roll, bounce, and enjoy bubble soccer and other activities.

Our 12' Dartboard offers a giant-sized, fun-filled twist to traditional darts, perfect for enhancing your events with an engaging and memorable activity suitable for all ages.

8am - Iris Festival Walk & Run

The walk or run race is May 18th at 8 a.m.

The course runs through the heart of historic downtown Greeneville, the second oldest town in Tennessee, passing the Home of President Andrew Johnson, Historic General Morgan Inn, Greeneville Town Hall, State of Franklin’s Capitol and the Greene County Courthouse.

The group rate is $25 per person for 5 or more walkers. The student rate is for 18 years and younger. Awards for the first place winner in each age group. 

Age groups- 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and up.

No pets are allowed to accompany walkers & runners.

3pm-8pm - Downtown Brewfest "From Craft to Craft"

Come to downtown Greeneville during the day to enjoy the Iris Festival Crafts and end your day with a Craft Beer Tasting on West Depot Street!

BrewFest is a downtown Greeneville family friendly festival celebrating local food and local craft beers, proceeds supporting The Farm and Food Teen Training Program of Rural Resources.

Both the Live Music and games are open to the public and free. Food trucks will be on hand and open to the public for food purchases.

BrewFest tickets include beer tastings, band, food and games area.
