6:30AM - All students from the six CT Schools staying at the Westford Regency board buses to return to the Boxboro Regency. Check out of Rooms… bring all things to Boxboro on bus.
Breakfast - Parade Room (all groups)
7:00AM-7:45AM: Chorus
7:00AM-7:45AM: Band
7:00AM-7:45AM: Orchestra
7:00AM-7:45AM - Jazz Ensemble
7:45AM - All students staying in Boxboro check out of Rooms.
Morning Rehearsals:
8:00AM - Chorus, Band and Orchestra students board Shuttle Buses in Concert Dress.
9:00AM: Chorus, Band and Orchestra students unload buses and bring their things up to the Great Hall in Mechanics Hall. Eventually, Band students will sit in balcony for dress rehearsal. Orchestra will sit in balcony. Students will grab their luggage from truck/trailer and place in designated areas: Luggage, etc. may be secured in Floor 2 Storage for Orchestra, Floor 3 Storage for Band, and Washburn Hall for Chorus.
Dress Rehearsals Location: Mechanics Hall, Worcester, Massachusetts PERCUSSIONISTS: PLEASE ASSIST IN SET UP OF EQUIPMENT.
9:30AM - 10:45AM - CHORUS DRESS REHEARSAL
11:00AM - 12:15PM - BAND DRESS REHEARSAL
12:40PM - 1:55PM - ORCHESTRA DRESS REHEARSAL
LUNCH served in Unity Hall & Dining Room at First Unitarian Church, 90 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01608:
10:50AM-11:45AM - Chorus Lunch
11:45AM-12:30PM - Orchestra Lunch
12:30PM-1:15PM: Band Lunch
11:45AM-12:40PM: All students are in concert dress. (Band and Orchestra) Dressing rooms/Green rooms are located in Mechanics Hall. Band and Orchestra Luggage and Instruments may be stored in these areas. Chorus members Luggage may be stored in the Second Floor Halls. The Great Hall must be cleared of all personal belongings by 2:00PM.
