The purpose is to promote the civic, business and industrial welfare of the geographic area encompassed by the municipalities of Dadeville, Jackson's Gap, Camp Hill, Newsite and by the communities of Walnut Hill, StillWaters, Union, Horseshoe Bend and Paces Point.
