LIFT's mission is:
To foster a deeper understanding and appreciation for Vermillion County's and the Town of Clinton's cultural and historical development.
To stimulate and encourage the collection, preservation, and interpretation of Vermillion County's and the Town of Clinton's cultural and historical development through related activities and operation of museums relating to their heritage.
To cooperate with appropriate individuals, organizations, and institutions on the local, state, or national levels in projects and activities that will promote and sustain a general interestin said heritage issues; and
To accept donations of money, real property or other property for the above purpose.
Brief History
The Little Italy Festival, Inc. was founded in 1966 as a not-for-profit, educational organization dedicated to perpetuating Vermillion County's and the Town of Clinton's cultural and historical development.
