Pioneer Bluffs Fall Festival

695 Kansas Highway 177

The Fall Roundup will be an afternoon filled with interactive demonstrations of things done on a ranch. We have the Flying W coming with an antique chuckwagon, longhorn cattle, and saddled-up horses. We also have blacksmiths, horseshoes, kids activities, and more. Greg Hoots, historian, will have an exhibit and Prairie Talk of the Davis Ranch. Music by Annie Wilson and the Tallgrass Express String Band and cowboy Jeff Davidson.

This is the launch of Pioneer Bluffs as the home of Flint Hills Ranching Heritage. We think it is time someone made space to honor the legacy of the ranching families that settled the Flint Hills, and where would be a better location than the 150-year ranching legacy left by the Rogler family in the Heart of the Flint Hills! Our mission will be “preserving the ranching heritage of the Flint Hills” and announced at our Fall Roundup. We will unveil our first educational exhibits of ranching heritage.
