Mission Statement:
The Mission of the Prince William Veterans Farm Club is and shall remain the improvement and advancement of Agriculture, Livestock, Domestic and Mechanical Arts; partnering with the Virginia Cooperative Extension to promote youth and 4-H projects and activities; providing a clean, safe environment for the entertainment of its shareholders, patrons, and the community.
The Fair administration will promote the ongoing use of the Fairgrounds to realize its full potential as a leading center for exhibitions, trade shows, agricultural events, and cultural and entertainment productions. The Fair administration will foster pride and maximize revenue by exercising sound financial management to build the corporation's fiscal strength while preserving the character and tradition of the Fair.
The Fair will be operated according to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

The Prince William County Fair is the largest County Fair in the state of Virginia. The annual event in Manassas includes livestock exhibits, home arts exhibits, tractor pulls, a rodeo, demolition derbies, baby contests, live music and a variety of midway shows. Games and carnival rides are provided by America's #1 Carnival Company, Deggeller Attractions Inc. Prince William County 4-H Clubs participate in numerous activities and demonstrations. Upwards of 90,000 to 100,000 spectators are expected to pass through the turnstiles this year.
