History of the Rotary Arts & Crafts Fair

Begun in 1982, the Crestwood Sunset Hills Rotary Club’s Fall Arts and Crafts Fair celebrates its 40th Anniversary this year. Considered one of the best in the region, the Fall Fair features over 450 booths manned by local and national artisans who offer handmade arts & crafts, photographs, paintings, woodworking and so many more unique shopping opportunities.

The Fall Fair is held the weekend before Thanksgiving at Lindbergh High School, 5000 S. Lindbergh, St. Louis MO 63126.

In 2005 our Rotary Club started a Spring Arts & Crafts Fair that is usually held two weeks before Easter, also at Lindbergh High School. The Spring Fair showcases many of our ‘regular’ vendors and provides a venue for new crafters to present their crafts.

100% of both Fairs’ proceeds are returned to community and international programs. One local project is Feed The Knowledge. Each school year club members distribute over 6,000 weekend meal bags and essential supplies to children in St. Louis County and St. Louis City schools. The Rotary International projects include eradicating polio and reducing infant mortality worldwide.
